Type: Heat Pressed Print for Martial Arts Uniforms
Product Description:
We can print names, sponsor names, logos, and other designs directly onto your martial arts uniform (bjj gi).
Please be aware that because these designs are applied using a heat press process, there is a possibility that the print may eventually peel off.
The price covers printing only; the *gi* (uniform) itself must be provided separately.
Lead time: 3 business days after the design is finalized. *Note: If you do not have a print-ready file, an additional 1–2 weeks may be required for file preparation. Delays may also occur during the year end, New Year holidays, extended holiday periods, or peak seasons.
Pricing:
Basic setup fee + data adjustment fee: 3,300 JPY (1,100 JPY if purchased together with a martial arts uniform) Bjj Gi.
Printing fees:
Type A: 1 color 3,000 JPY / 2 colors 4,000 JPY / 3 colors 5,000 JPY
Type B: 1 color 2,000 JPY / 2 colors 2,800 JPY / 3 colors 3,600 JPY
Type C: 1 color 1,600 JPY / 2 colors 2,400 JPY / 3 colors 3,000 JPY
Type D: 1 color 1,200 JPY / 2 colors 1,800 JPY / 3 colors 2,400 JPY
Print ready file creation fee: 1,100 JPY – 5,500 JPY (Not required if you provide a complete, print ready Adobe Illustrator file.)
* Full color printing is available only for small logos; however, we do not strongly recommend it, as the colors may appear less vibrant and are prone to fading compared to our standard printing methods.
Please contact us separately if you are interested in full color printing.
Uniform pricing: The cost of the uniform itself is not included. You will need to purchase a uniform separately, please make your selection from the options below.

At our company, heat-press printing on gi (martial arts uniforms) is performed by layering colored vinyl sheets.
Please note that we cannot reproduce designs such as photographs or full color illustrations.
Because the designs are applied using heat and pressure, they are sensitive to heat.
Please refer to the following important guidelines:
1. Turn the garment inside out before washing.
2. We recommend washing the item separately whenever possible; washing it with other garments may cause the print to peel off due to friction.
3. As the print is sensitive to heat, please use cold water (20°C/68°F or below) for washing.
4. Do not use a tumble dryer, as the heat can cause the print to peel off. Please air dry the garment instead.
5. If the print begins to peel, it can often be repaired if addressed promptly. You may attempt to fix it yourself using an iron; however, please exercise caution, as excessive heat can damage the print.
