How to return goods
| Cancellations, devolutions and reimbursements
Cancellations will be accepted with total reimbursement only before order shipped. In case products have already been delivered, they must be returned with their original non-violated packings. The reimbursement will deduct the shipping cost.
In case a wrong product has been forwarded in relation to the order, Do not return it before informing us by phone or e-mail confirmation from us. We will make full reimbursements of the wrong products we sent after checked.
